Mohamed Al-Fadhli is the founder and Principal Solicitor of Aspire Legal. He practises in criminal defence, family law, immigration law and civil litigation.
Mohamed advises and represents clients in negotiations, court and tribunal proceedings and other dispute-resolution processes. His approach is direct, practical and client-focused.
He takes the time to understand the facts, identify the important legal and evidentiary issues and explain the available options clearly. As Principal Solicitor, Mohamed maintains direct responsibility for the conduct and strategic direction of the firm’s matters.
Working With Barristers
Some matters benefit from the involvement of a barrister, particularly where specialist advice or courtroom advocacy is required.
Aspire Legal works with barristers practising in different areas of law. The selection of counsel depends on the nature and complexity of the matter, the client’s needs, availability and cost.
Where briefing counsel is appropriate, we discuss the recommendation and likely costs with the client before any appointment is made.
